Jeremy races the Urus vs. a 911 Turbo in Sweden, Captain Slow tests the Alpine A110 and Hammond had a superb feature on Jim Clark-such and inspiring and tragic story. What an absolute legend!

Bonus: Hammond’s Horse rant on Conversation Street was EPIC! Don’t miss that.

I still liked the first episode of the season better, but this was better than the previous 3. It felt really short to me, but I guess they were a bit more in depth than normal.

After the last few episodes, I’m ready to call it quits... but I’ll give this one a shot.

Watch just the Jim Clark feature if you want to. It’s fantastic!

Who am I kidding... I’ll watch the whole thing. They’ve really gone down hill, but they’re still infinitely better than Discovery Channel ’s Rad Thad’s Bad Kustom Monkey Last Stop Graveyard Bitchin’ Fantoms. *sh udders*

I can’t believe they let Hamster drive that car, I mean... there have been incidents.

He’s probably the only one who’d fit in it. Plus, those incidents are still technically “experience”

Hammond’ s rant about horses was very entertaining.

Weird, my thoughts (and those of others in the office) think this season has hit it’s stride.

Motown Funk was very good, the Columbia Special was scripted and filled with tired, awful jokes... it was just cringy, and Pick Up, Put Downs was just meh.

I think my biggest disappointment has to do with their big talk about doing great things and having their creativity truly unleashed after being cut free from the BBC, only to return on Amazon with EXACTLY THE SAME SHOW. Not that the old formula was bad, but even it started to get a formulaic, scripted feel towards the end.

Even Clarkson taking a knee in the snow had me laughing.  The Clark piece was intense.

I liked this episode a lot and enjoyed Clarkson in the Urus. I can’t help but think Clarkson would have done a better job narrating the Clark segment though. He did the segment for Senna back on Top Gear and it was spectacular. He probably would have done an amazing job for Clark too.

Update: Just finished it. It was the trio at their finest. Bravo!

I feel like show has gotten better. Now it feels more like late BBC Top Gear but doesn’t quite have the same punch as when the show was in its prime around the 10th season.

Honestly, for car reviews I actually prefer watching Chris Harris. With the original trio I prefer watching the large adventure episodes as well as historical pieces like the one they did for Jim Clark. James May's piece on the 24 hours of Le Mans was another excellent one.
